The age of our olive trees gives us a consistent and tasty fruit, nothing to do with other arbequinos.
In tasting it is aromatic, sweet and mild flavour (little bitterness and spiciness), intense fruity flavour and aroma. It is ideal for customers who prefer less intensity.
It is not very stable, so we recommend consuming it quickly for no more than a year as it spoils easily.
The ACEITERA LA MARIA Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil produced in the traditional way. Obtained from olives from the region of the southern countryside of Cordoba, Monturque and Montilla, cultivated in the traditional way and through a process of first cold extraction. With a degree of acidity of less than 0.2% at the time of extraction, which means that it has a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid and natural antioxidants, which are those that produce great health benefits.
You can use it in stews and fried foods, as well as raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
