Packaged in a 4 Kg bag, this breadcrumb consists of wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, salt, olive oil, yeast, leavening agents (E-450i, E-500ii) and an emulsifier (E-471). It appears as heterogeneous granules with a dark beige color, meeting all applicable specifications. This product does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and is free from foreign odors and flavors. It features a maximum moisture content of 10% and a salt content of 2.6% ± 0.2%. Ideal for adding texture and flavor to your preparations, Frumen breadcrumbs should be stored in a cool, dry place to ensure a shelf life of 12 months post-packaging. It contains gluten, but there is no risk of traces of other allergens.
