The Gran Cular Salami Alfonso Sáez is made from selected pieces of Teruel pork using a traditional salting and curing process. It is cured in one of the oldest drying facilities in the Gúdar-Javalambre region, in the municipality of Mora de Rubielos, using fresh, dry air from the Teruel mountains. It is presented in a pack of 3 units: each unit contains 100 grams of sliced salami in a tray and vacuum-sealed to preserve its organoleptic properties. The total content of the pack is 300 grams. It has a delicate and mildly salty flavor, a pleasant and characteristic aroma from natural curing, and a homogeneous, non-fibrous, and flavorful texture. After opening, it is recommended to let the product rest for 30 minutes at approximately 21 °C before consuming. It can be paired with cheeses, preserves, wines, and oils, according to the producer's pairing suggestions. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, it is recommended to consume within 1 month.
