They are one of the tenderest cuts we can find. It is a piece with a surprisingly circular shape, and for this reason, they are called in many places 'round cut'. They are ideal steaks for grilling or frying, seasoned with a pinch of garlic and salt.
In addition to being very tasty steaks, they are also very pretty steaks.
They are presented vacuum packed in pairs. If you want them packed in other quantities, leave us a comment in the order. Each steak weighs approximately 230-280 grams, with a normal thickness.
You can choose between half a kilogram or 1 kilogram of product in each selection.

This is a fresh product, handcrafted. It contains no allergens or any type of seasoning, just beef. They are vacuum-packed in pairs.
It is, by definition, the simplest product to cook that we know, but that doesn't mean it's always done right:
- Put the frying pan/grill on high heat.
- Add a drizzle of oil.
- When the oil is hot (it smokes), place the steak in the pan.
- As soon as you see it change color, flip it over and immediately add the desired salt.
Easy, right? They are a delight for the younger ones!! (and the not so young)
We recommend keeping it between 1º and 5ºC
Best before: within 10 days
Tip: Ideally, take it out of the fridge 20 minutes beforehand to allow the meat to come to room temperature. This way, no matter how little you cook it, the central part of the piece will never be cold.
If you are not going to consume it, you can freeze it without any problem.
