Just one star ingredient: whole duck foie gras, raised and prepared in Gers. Simply seasoned — salt, pepper, and that's it. No frills. No preservatives. Not needed.
In a 420g jar (serves 7 to 8 well-mannered people, 4 if dining with your gourmet uncle).
