Olavidia is a spectacular cheese made from pasteurized goat's milk, its soft paste is off-white and has a fine layer of vegetable charcoal in the center, obtained from olive stone ash from Jaén, a true tribute to its land.
The acclaimed Cremositos del Zújar is a genuine gastronomic gem. It has been awarded numerous times; along with being named the best cheese in Spain in 2023 and 2019, it has also received international awards: a gold medal and super gold at the World Cheese Awards in 2021 and 2018, respectively, and was named the second best cheese in the world in its 2016 edition.
