Instructions:
Pina Colada cocktail mix: Let the ingredients soak for 48 hours in 70 cl of white rum. Strain. Enjoy it like a "ti'punch" with a quarter of a lime, or as a long drink, diluted with fruit juice or lemonade. Consume without delay.
Mojito Tradicional cocktail mix: Let it soak for 1 hour in 30 cl of white rum. Mix, strain, then add 1 liter of sparkling water. Serve with crushed ice. Storage: consume quickly (before the bubbles disappear!).
Sex on the Beach cocktail mix: Let the ingredients soak for 48 hours in 70 cl of vodka. Strain. Tasting: chilled, diluted with orange juice (variations: pineapple juice, sparkling water). Cranberry and peach, to be prepared with vodka. Fruity and so glamorous!
