This camembert, made with raw Normandy cow's milk, with a soft paste and natural moldy rind, has been hand-shaped and matured until reaching a special point, reflecting Xavier's affinages.

Cheese with a characteristic flavor of authentic Camembert made with raw milk. Creamy and melting in the heart with dairy, vegetable, and fruity aromas with hay notes.
