The red wine TM from Bodega Tr3mano is an enological jewel that highlights the tradition and quality of the Ribera del Duero. Produced in a unique Tempranillo vineyard nearly 100 years old, this wine is made only in exceptional harvests, ensuring outstanding quality. With a very limited production of just 6,050 bottles, each is a true work of art. This wine has benefitted from a careful vinification process, including aging in French oak barrels for over 20 months, giving it a unique complexity and character. On the nose, it presents an intense concentration with notes of very ripe red fruit, complemented by subtle toasted and spice nuances. On the palate, it is silky and structured, with long persistence. It is recommended to serve at 16 ºC and to open 15 minutes before enjoying to allow the wine to breathe and develop its full potential. Ideal for pairing with appetizers, red meats, or chocolate desserts, it goes with everything. The vintage is 2018, and its alcoholic content is at 14.5% vol. Finally, this wine comes from two exclusive vineyards located in Anguix and La Horra, on calcareous soils that favor the production of high-quality grapes.
