The Vermouth Gilda Red from Bodega Latarce is an elegant vermouth presented in a 75 cl bottle, with an aesthetic evoking the silhouette of Gilda, portrayed by Rita Hayworth in 1946. Made from the native Toro red grape variety, this vermouth offers a unique tasting experience with a brick red color of medium intensity. The nose stands out for its intensity and complexity, with toasted aromas and notes of fig, raisin, overripe dried fruits, as well as balsamic and spicy aromas like licorice and clove. On the palate, it has a sweet entry and a smooth passage, with a pleasant bitter finish characteristic of wormwood. It is ideal served at a temperature of 6-10º C and pairs perfectly with appetizers of semi-cured cheeses and Iberian products like the loin or truffled salami. It is also excellent when consumed alone.
