Iberian acorn shoulders 75% Iberian breedcut by machine, obtained from the front legs of 75% pure Iberian pigs.
These 75% acorn shoulders are the result of careful breeding of Iberian pigs fed with 100% natural food, primarily wild herbs and acorns, which gives them their unmatched flavor and delicate texture.
The smell and taste of the shoulders and Iberian sausages from Puente Robles are so characteristic and unique thanks to their curing in the pure air and shade provided by the Arribes del Duero.

To enjoy the full flavor of the 75% Iberian acorn shoulders, we recommend consuming them at approximately 24°C.
If packaged, we recommend removing them from their packaging and letting them come to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. If they have been stored in a cool environment, this time may increase to up to 2 hours.
Preferred consumption: 6 months.

Total curing of 24 months, with only 3 months in the drying room and the rest of the curing being completely natural in our facilities.
