Fabada is one of those dishes that does not allow for half measures. It is either well made or it is not worth it. Here we start with a base of beans slowly cooked with real Iberian compango: chorizo, blood sausage, and pancetta.

The result is a potent stew, with body, where each spoonful has depth, well-integrated fat, and that flavor that only time and quality ingredients can provide.

Traditional cooking, no shortcuts

This dish follows a complete cooking process, thermal shock, and pasteurization (page 2), ensuring stability, food safety, and preservation of the original flavor.

  • Open the package slightly
  • Heat for 2–3 minutes

Pan (recommended):

  • Heat over medium heat for 4–5 minutes
  • Stir gently

Ensure that the product reaches at least 75ºC inside
