This Vermouth Noilly Prat Dry White is crafted by the French family Noilly, since 1813.

This recipe includes Roman chamomile and French gentian, Indonesian nutmeg, and Tunisian bitter orange. The herbs and spices are macerated in the already selected blend of wines for three weeks using a traditional method known as dodinage.

Once the process is complete, the herbs and spices are carefully extracted from the wine, which is then left to rest for another six weeks. The Picpoul and clairette varieties cultivated near the sea are used to create this unique wine.
