The 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Shoulder sliced by machine has the characteristic of having very juicy meat, a tender texture, and a very special flavor between sweet and salty that evokes the scents of the Salamanca meadows.
Coming from Iberian pigs raised freely in our meadows and fed with completely natural products, our shoulder is rich in fatty acids, necessary and beneficial for our health, and one of the essential products of the Mediterranean diet.

STORAGE AND EXPIRATION:
Store in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.
The durability of the quality of our products is approx. 6 months following the storage advice. In very humid areas, it is reduced to 30 days.
SHIPPING:
Vacuum-packed in individual bags.
WEIGHT:
Individual bags of 200 grams. The shipment includes the knuckle, ham cubes, and all the usable and edible parts of the vacuum-packed slicing result. If you also want the non-edible parts to be sent, please request it. The total slicing yield is 42%.
It has the Calicer Certificate PI/0649/15, which guarantees the customer and the final consumer the commitment to good work and the peace of mind of acquiring a product that complies with current regulations.
