One of the jewels of Spanish Iberian products. This 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Salchichón is from Extremadura, where it is raised freely in the Extremadura meadow. It has a minimum curing period of 4 months and is vacuum packed. This cured raw sausage is made with lean and fat from Iberian pigs, seasoned and stuffed into casings that have undergone a proper curing process.
