Pai Mu Tan Thea Sinensis, is produced on a very limited scale, as the first buds are harvested before they open and dried, resulting in the most exclusive, pure tea with the least caffeine content; this last characteristic makes it suitable for all types of people, as it has almost no stimulating effects. Its flavor also adapts to most palates, as it is the softest and least bitter.
Use a teapot or cup where the leaves can expand and pour the water when it starts to boil. Let it steep covered for approx. 3 to 5 min. for black tea and 2 min. for green tea.
