600 meters white Sa Forana

New vintage of this wine 600 Metros Sa Forana Blanc, the first white wine presented by the young winery Celler Solano de Menorca. They offer us a fresh Mediterranean wine thanks to a blend of Chardonnay and Premsal Blanc, a recovered native variety.

Both varieties are found in the small 3-hectare estate with very stony soils that the Solano brothers own in the southern area of the island of Menorca.

The harvest is done manually, the grapes are selected on the same plant. Once in the winery, they are left to ferment in stainless steel tanks, each variety separately. After this process, the final blend of the white wine 600 Metros Sa Forana Blanc 2021 is made and bottled.

A very limited production, a light and fresh white wine from the Illa de Menorca. Ideal to enjoy a few glasses in the afternoon, accompanying the sunset.
