Tasting Note

Acanto Botanikal is an extra virgin olive oil, 100% Picual, with a high content of polyphenols, that is, natural antioxidants. An oil with high medicinal value made from the Picual olive, as it is one of the varieties with the highest index of phenolic nutrients.

Acanto is a 100% fruity green Picual, with high intensity, with herbaceous notes reminiscent of green leaves and freshly cut grass, artichoke, and aromatic herbs such as basil and oregano; with balsamic and fruity notes characteristic of the tomato plant, the skin of green bananas, kiwi, and green apple. In the mouth, the green, fresh, and powerful aromas blend with pleasant and intense sensations that contribute in a balanced way the attributes of bitterness and spiciness, along with light astringent notes at the end.
