We use rice grown in the Albufera Natural Park of Valencia, and we prepare the broths and fumets with quality products so that you can enjoy the traditional flavours of the Mediterranean at your table. We are a company recognized by the "Asociación Gastronómica Fideuà de Gandia", because we respect the authentic original recipe and use the best ingredients.
