Appearance: Slightly opalescent, indicating the oil is unfiltered
Nose:
Very intense aromas denoting freshness. Fresh grass on the roadside and aromatic plant flowers. Mint and spearmint clear the nose, providing a great sense of freshness.
In the glass: tomato, tomato plant, olive leaf, chlorophyll. In the background, lentisk and shrubs in the "pleta" (wooded area in Mallorca estates). Peach, green pistachio, lemon leaf. Salty breeze and fresh earth.

Palate: Smooth texture and freshness. Green almond, green grass, with medium spicy notes. Mint, spearmint, and pistachio. Enveloping and elegant, with the character and essence of Pla Mallorquín.
