Mahon Quintana aged cheese is a cheese made with raw cow's milk from Frisian cows and belongs to the Mahón-Menorca designation of origin. It is matured for a minimum of 5 months on the island of Menorca, Spain.
The production is carried out following traditional methods and taking care of every detail to obtain a high-quality cheese with intense flavor. During the maturation process, the cheese acquires a firm and slightly granulated texture, as well as an intense and balanced flavor with salty notes.
Mahón Quintana aged cheese is ideal for enjoying with red wine, accompanied by nuts, or as an ingredient in dishes.
