Ham from crossbred pigs, 75% Iberian and 25% Duroc, raised on our own farms and primarily fed on acorns and natural pastures, also adding roots to their diet.
The main physical and organoleptic characteristics are the elongated and stylized shape, the pinkish color with marbled fat in the cut, a sweet taste and pleasant aroma, a slightly fibrous texture, and a shiny and aromatic fat.
