Appearance: Luminous pale golden yellow with greenish reflections. Thin and small bubble of slow evolution, with formation of rosaries and presence of crown.
Aroma: Fine ageing aroma, with notes of butter and toasted bread, on bottoms of ripe fruit.
Final impression: Wide development in its mouth, with very well integrated carbon dioxide. The ageing notes are blended with ripe fruit, toasted shades and nuts. The end of the mouth is broad, long and persistent.
Pairing: As an aperitif. It also accompanies perfectly ham, assortment of Iberian, seafood, sauce fish, rice, poultry, meat and semicured cheeses.
Serve between 6 and 7 °c.
