From the Eigashima Sake Brewing Co. Ltd distillery, now White Oak, founded specifically to make sakes in 1888, they bring us their Daiginjo.
They also use a rice mash made with sake rice that includes rice milled to a percentage between 35% and 50%.
This sake is very fragrant and has a full body, a delicate flavor, and a short finish.
