Facing the Arousa estuary, in the heart of the Val do Salnés, is the Carmen Álvarez Oubiña winery, where this wine project was born

We only bottle excellent vintages with a limited number of bottles that do not exceed 5,000 Liters of Albariño.
A wine made from 100% Albariño grapes, coming from unique vineyards due to their location and specific characteristics of sunshine, orientation, high drainage and sandiness of the soils as well as the vital maturity of our vines (20 to 70 years old).
