Alambique de Santa Marta is a family business founded in 1999 that is dedicated to the artisanal distillation of liquors in its own facilities. One of its star products is the Ginbear gin , 100% from Madrid and awarded the 2014 Ginmotive master for its high quality. Only its maceration lasts almost 10 days, enhancing the flavor and aroma unlike most gins.
