Organic alfalfa seeds, it is a variety cultivated and selected in the Vega de Granada, its use has always been linked to animal feed, although in recent years more and more people are germinating them to consume the tender shoots in salads or as an accompaniment to other recipes. Another increasingly common use is to sow them alongside other plants in container gardens, in this way we manage to fix environmental nitrogen in the substrate in addition to increasing biodiversity in our garden.
