"Born to make history "This is how Vega Sicilia describes it. With an independent, pioneering and modern character , the "little son" of the Vega Sicilia family is the result of the evolution of this great winery , a wine made from the tinto fino grape variety. It is harvested by hand in boxes of 12 kilos that are immediately taken to the winery for entry into the selection tables. Fermentation takes place in wooden tanks with a high temperature control to obtain a good polyphenolic extraction. Thanks to this fact, the wine will have a generous color and a firm structure. Finally, the wine is aged in wood and cement for 12 and 14 months , depending on the vintage, in French oak Bordeaux barrels. Once the wine is extracted from the barrels, it will remain at least 15 months in the quietness of the bottleto finish assembling all the aromas. a fleshy, complex and intense wine. Elegance is the differentiating element and hallmark of the winery.
