Alpenkraft Salus infusion This infusion is made from plantain, thyme, fennel, and Icelandic lichen which contribute to respiratory health. It also contains licorice root, marshmallow, and mallow. Not suitable for: - pregnant/breastfeeding women Ingredients: Plantain herb (30%), licorice root, thyme herb (20%), bitter fennel fruits (10%), marshmallow leaves, Icelandic lichen, mallow flowers. Directions for use: Place the tea bag in a cup and pour approximately 150 ml of boiling water. Let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes and then remove the tea bag. Adults and children over 4 years old: Drink 4 to 6 cups of freshly prepared infusion per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
