This cheese platter is composed of the following 3 varieties: - 500g of Meule des Alpes made with summer milk - 500g of Tomme fermière Ancestrale made with raw milk - A 350g Chevrotin des Aravis made with raw milk This cheese selection is based on the theme of the Alps, a region well known for its numerous ski resorts and delicious cheeses. We have chosen these three cheeses for you because they are not as well-known as most cheeses from this region, but are just as good! The Meule des Alpes is a hard cheese made with cow's milk, it is dense and creamy with balanced flavors. The Tomme fermière ancestrale is a creamy cheese with a typical lactic flavor found in washed rind cheeses. Lastly, the Chevrotin des Aravis is similar to the famous Reblochon in appearance and texture, but the taste is completely different as it is made with goat's milk instead of cow's milk.
