Lanius is the essence of Alella expressed through the maturity of the best Chardonnay grapes. Only the fruit from the oldest vines is part of Lanius, and it is harvested in several passes to ensure that each cluster reaches optimal maturity. Its fermentation and aging take place in French oak barrels, historical partners of the Chardonnay grape, which contribute their creaminess and toasted aromas to the wine.
