Parvus Chardonnay Blanc is a white wine from the D.O. Alella produced by the Alta Alella winery, in the municipality of Tiana (Barcelona).
Parvus Chardonnay Blanc is 100% made from the Chardonnay Blanc variety. The grapes come from vineyards planted on "sauló" soils, a type of sandy loam soil.
These vineyards are cultivated following the principles of organic farming.
For its production, the grapes are macerated with the skins for greater aromatic extraction. The must obtained from a light pressing ferments in new barrels of Allier French oak at low temperature.
In the same barrels, Parvus Chardonnay Blanc undergoes a brief aging of 3 months.
Rich and oily. It shows balance and has a very pleasant long finish.Clean golden yellow color with a bright appearance.Fruity notes and hints of aging. Hints of coconut and vanilla.
