209 Chardonnay Barrel Reserve Gin undergoes an ageing process in used wine casks, primarily from the Edge Hill Estate in St. Helena. This site is the birthplace of the No. 209 distillery in the 19th century. During the ageing process, the gin acquires unique notes from the casks used and the distillery's place of origin.
