This Pedro Ximénez has been made with grapes from a single harvest , 2015, raisined in the sun and then blended for 12 months in traditional vats , making it the perfect complement to the desserts of a good meal. It brings a surprising flavor and textureto ice creams and dried fruits. It is also perfect for foie gras, such as Imperia's Truffled Duck Foie Gras , and blue cheeses.
