Amontillado Aurora - 50 cl

An amontillado with long biological ageing (more than twenty years) typical of the best old manzanillas from Sanlúcar, such as La Kika, in which, when the flor veil disappears, an oxidative ageing phase begins. This is what makes this wine an amontillado, a worthy member of the Conde de Aldama's latest criadera of amontillados

Sight: Color ámbar oscuro, limpio y brillante.

Mouth: En boca es seco, pero una ligerísima sensación dulce y suave en el paladar. Envolvente, untuoso, complejo pero muy estructurado. Pleno y largo, con el alcohol perfectamente integrado.

Nose: Intensidad aromática alta, con notas de frutos secos y yodadas, propias de una larga crianza.
