Amontillado Conde de Aldama - 50 cl

from Casa Ortega

Temporarily out of stock

When this magnificent wine was acquired in 1927 it was already a top quality amontillado and one of the oldest aged wines (more than a century of average ageing) in the Marco de Jerez, from the pre-phylloxera soleras of Conde de Aldama. Its manzanilla origin, biological ageing and subsequent oxidative ageing for decades make it a unique jewel that the International Wine Challenge 2017 competition valued with a gold medal as one of the best amontillados of the Marco

Sight: Color ámbar, brillante.

Mouth: Concentrado, salino, envolvente y elegante. Persistencia eterna.

Nose: Intensidad aromática muy alta, vino de pañuelo, un perfume. Frutos secos muy equilibrados, recuerdos yodados y a levadura de flor.
