Achovy fillets handmade from carefully selected pieces caught in the Cantabrian Sea. Large "sobadas" pieces, smooth, with intense flavor and perfect saltiness. Very meaty texture, deep and wild flavor.
Preservation: Semi-preserved. Refrigeration, between 5 and 10 ºC.
Making: Limited production, prepared entirely by hand.
