Natural sheep yogurt made with the milk of our churra sheep. It is obtained using only fresh sheep's milk and lactic ferments. No added sugars.

The milk from this native Castilla y León breed has a much lower production than that of other breeds or animals. We collect between 160 and 200 liters of milk every day, between the morning and evening milking. Despite its lower production, this milk is of high quality due to its higher fat and protein content, as well as being richer in amino acids.
