The anCnoc 18 years has matured in ex-sherry casks and ex-bourbon barrels of American oak and has been bottled in its most natural form, unfiltered. As a result we have a whiskey that has a slight turbidity. This characteristic is typical of non-chill-filtered whiskies

Nose: mild spices and intense sweetness of dried fruits are overlaid with chocolate and ripe oranges.

Partly on the nose

PALATE: bold aromatic spices, fruit bread and candied lemon followed by a surge of vanilla, honey and caramel. The finish transitions from spicy to sweet and long.
