Andreas Bender Weissburgunder Trocken is a white wine made from Pinot Blanc in Mosel by Andreas Bender.
Andreas Bender's Pinot Blanc originates from the Mosel region and undergoes partial fermentation in barrels, followed by a period of aging in stainless steel vessels.
In the olfactory phase, notes of honeydew melon are perceived in the first instance, with nuances of pear and pineapple. The ripeness of the aroma extends to the palate, offering a pleasant sensation of freshness. On the palate, a delicate acidity, a subtle floral nuance and a hint of chamomile stand out. Despite its power and ripeness, which are expected characteristics of the 2018 vintage, marked by warm, dry weather, this Andreas Bender wine retains a certain minerality that is perfectly suited to a Pinot Blanc, making it an easy choice to enjoy.
