With a Bordeaux-inspired blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, Ao Yun 2016 is the fourth vintage of this exciting project. Its color is intense garnet. On the nose, it is deep and full of nuances, with notes of coffee, toast, red and black fruit, spices, and tobacco leaves. This aromatic complexity continues on the palate, which is perfectly delineated, voluminous, and with a good amount of tannins. The finish is spicy, suggestive, and very long.
