It is a red wine made from Tempranillo grapes at the Artadi Winery and Vineyards. After manual harvesting, it undergoes a cold pre-fermentation for 2 or 3 days. Fermentation takes place in open wooden vats with native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation takes place for 12 months in French oak barrels.
