Artadi Valdeginés

It is a red wine produced by Vino de España at Artadi Winery and Vineyards in Laguardia. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 15 kg boxes, with the selection process taking place in the vineyard itself. Once in the winery, it undergoes a cold maceration for 24-48 hours before fermenting with native yeasts for about 10-12 days. It ages in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
