Gotu kola is a plant from the Apiaceae family, which has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years for its healing properties. It is antioxidant, a source of amino acids, and has calming properties. In concentrations of 5%, it also helps to maintain skin moisture.

Directions:

Infuse (boil for a few moments) one tablespoon of plant per cup of water. Let it sit for a few minutes, strain, and take up to 4 times a day. Not recommended for people with open peptic ulcers.
