The Red Wine Atalaya del Camino belongs to the Atalaya wineries and has an Almansa appellation of origin.
The Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell grapes come from vineyards in the Almansa area between 700 and 1,000 meters above sea level, planted on sandy soils with a high concentration of limestone at its base.
The grapes are fermented separately obtaining a wine of great complexity after 12 months in French oak barrels
It has an alcohol content of 14.5%.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 15°C and 18°C.
