Manual harvesting in plastic boxes. Selection of grapes and pressing. Once the must has been obtained, the process of alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18 º C. After fermentation, it is racked to separate the lees, stabilised by cold, filtered and bottled.
Atlantis Albariño is elegant lemon-yellow, clean and shiny. The nose is very intense and has persistent and quality aromas, remembering the green apple and tropical fruit like pineapple. In the mouth it is long, glyceric, persistent and with a perfect acidity according to your body, which makes this wine very pleasant and full of sensations.
