The Azpilicueta Crianza is a red wine that is part of the Azpilicueta Wineries. This wine is produced in the La Rioja region, one of the most prestigious wine regions in the country, known for producing high-quality wines. The Azpilicueta Crianza is mainly made from the Tempranillo grape variety, one of the most emblematic varieties of La Rioja. This wine undergoes an aging process in oak barrels for a minimum period of 12 months and another 12 months in the bottle. This process will give the wine a characteristic flavor and aroma. The Azpilicueta Crianza is bright ruby red with some violet reflections. On the nose, it presents aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, spicy and toasty notes that come from the aging in barrels. On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with soft tannins and moderate acidity. The flavors of red and black fruits stand out with hints of vanilla, coconut, and spices. Ideal to accompany cured meats, rice dishes, vegetables, mushrooms, white and red meats. Cherry red in color. Aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. It completes its aging for a minimum period of 6 months in the bottle.
