The Beta Sur Brut Nature Sparkling Wine comes from the Barbadillo Winery, which has 500 hectares of vineyards located in the albariza soils of Cadiz, where Palomino Fina grapes are grown, which contribute to white wines, manzanillas, and sherries, also Chardonnay grapes grow.
A few years ago, these grapes were combined by Barbadillo's winemakers to create the first sparkling wine made with traditional methods. This is how this delicious Brut from the South called Beta was born, with 20 months of aging on lees inside the bottle in order to achieve a fine and elegant foam; the second fermentation is in the bottle and results in a fine and natural bubble.
The design of this Brut Nature has an elegant label that highlights the black and matte silver color, and the label shows a compass rose to show its origin, the South of Spain.
