Barbazul tinto is a red wine made with Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tintilla de Rota from V.T. Cádiz by Huerta de Albalá.
The grapes used to make this wine come from their own vineyard and are harvested by hand. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the wine is aged in French Allier oak barrels for 6 months.
Appearance: A cherry-coloured wine with a medium-high robe.
Nose: Complex nose with predominant red fruit aromas, as well as notes of wild flowers, spices and balsamic wood.
Taste: Tasty palate with freshness and a very balanced acidity, very pleasant and structured on the palate. It has a medium-high persistence, with a pleasant and varietal aftertaste.
