Red wine from Murcia, produced in Casa Rojo wineries, it is a very persistent wine with good acidity. The grapes are handpicked, then undergo a double selection and the stems are removed. The red wine ferments in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25ºC. It ages in new French oak barrels for 6 months.
